This Covington engagement session had everything – a dreamy sunny evening, stunning attire, and of course a madly in love couple! Elizabeth and Andrew wanted to have their engagement session locally in the historic downtown Covington, Louisiana.
We started on a popular neighborhood street just a block from the bustling traffic of downtown. This street is so incredibly dreamy!! The wall of greenery is straight out a fairytale. Add in the flame lit wall lanterns and a stunning sunset and you’ve got the recipe for a perfect session location! Here Elizabeth and Andrew strolled down the lane hand in hand, giggling and just simply being joyful!
There are two things that make for a perfect Haleigh Kirkland Photography couple – being both joyful and madly in love!! This immediately guarantees to me that we are a perfect fit and we can easily create the dreamy and romantic images that your heart desires!
About half way through the session we decided to transition to a new location. Elizabeth changed into an absolutely stunning floral dress that left me speechless! She looked so darling in it and the change was perfect for our next location.
We headed to Columbia Street Landing for some more fun!! This place is so perfect for any type of session. A fountain, a bench among romantic greenery, and a little river outlining the edges of the park make this a perfect spot.
I had so much fun photographing Elizabeth and Andrew’s engagement session in Covington. It makes me so incredibly excited for their wedding day next April in the Covington and Mandeville area. I can’t wait to capture the happy couple again!!
