Ready for some rustic Spring wedding inspiration? Earlier this year, I had the honor of documenting the special day of Jamie and Brandon. Their wedding day at The White Magnolia in Kentwood, Louisiana, was nothing short of magical!
Set against the backdrop of late March, the air became filled with anticipation and excitement as Jamie and Brandon prepared to exchange their vows. Their chosen colors of sage green and tans created a serene yet elegant atmosphere. Not to mention, it perfectly complemented the rustic charm of their venue.
One of the most touching moments of the day was Jamie’s walk down the aisle. Since they chose not to do a first look, Jamie and Brandon shared a tender reveal as she made her grand entrance. Their sweet glances showed the raw emotion and unending love they shared. At long last, the two became one!
Once the sun began to set, we took a few minutes for some intimate bride and groom photos. The smiles on their newlywed faces were covered in the warm glow of the fading light. Against the timeless backdrop of nature, I captured Jamie and Brandon’s joyful love. Here we created images that are sure to be cherished for generations to come!
Finally with formal photos completed, the festivities continued into the evening. It was truly a reception overflowing with laughter, joy, and plenty of dancing. Surrounded by their closest family and friends, Jamie and Brandon celebrated their union in fun fashion. In addition, they had a killer band to set the energetic mood.
Afterwards, as their special night came to an end, we sent off the newlyweds in style with a sparkler exit. It was the perfect end to a day filled with so much love and happiness.
Documenting Jamie and Brandon’s wedding was an overwhelming honor. It is moments like these that remind me why I love what I do. Being able to witness and document love stories as they unfold is truly a gift. I am eternally grateful to have been a part of their story.
To Jamie and Brandon, may your love continue to grow each day you are together. I cannot thank you enough for allowing me to be a part of your special day. Here’s to a lifetime of happiness together!!
