I always love meeting new couples for the first time and instantly hitting it off. Well that most certainly was the case when I first met Kimberly and Matthew for their engagement session. This super sweet couple and I instantly clicked and I intently soaked up everything I could about them.
Even though they were from Mississippi, Kimberly and Matthew’s engagement session took place at Rosedown Plantation in Saint Francisville, Louisiana. I’m always a little wary of winter engagement sessions because sometimes the foliage in the South tends to dry up and wilt – but not here!
Not only were we greeted with well manicured landscapes and Spanish moss dangling from the large trees, but we were also ecstatic to see COLOR! In February! Beautiful blooms of many colors were all around us and we couldn’t have been more excited.
Kimberly and Matthew laughed, smiled, and maybe even kissed a little (but we’ll never tell), all throughout their engagement session, making this event one for the books! I absolutely cannot wait for your wedding in May! Congrats you two!
